Requerimientos de instalación

The manually operated GENO® backwash filter MX with screw connections (up to nominal diameter DN 50) filters drinking water in accordance with DIN EN 806-2 in households, trade and industry. All filter parts coming into contact with the medium are made of brass or high-grade technical plastic. The modular filter element contains a filter fabric made of stainless steel with up to 100 μm filter fineness. The brushes enable additional mechanical cleaning of the filter insert during the backwash process. The low-wear backwashing mechanism provides filtered drinking water even during the backwash process. HT pipe DN 50 can be clamped in via the flushing water connection. The GENO® backwash filter MX is fitted with two pressure gauges. The standard filter insert has 100 µm fineness, and filter elements with 50, 200 and 500 µm can also be supplied.

Installation requirements
Please note local installation directives, general guidelines and technical specifications. The installation site must be frost-proof and the filter protected against chemicals, dyes, solvents, vapours and direct sunlight. The filters should be installed in pipes of the same dimensions as the nominal diameters of the filters. In accordance with DIN EN 1717, the flushing water is drained off into a sewer. (Ensure water is discharged without back pressure.)
